ALTARED is a church based in Franklin, Tennessee. Our mission is to provide worship, teaching, community outreach, and discipleship through in-person gatherings, online content, and digital communications.

Accounts are granted at our discretion and are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Children under 13 may not provide personal information without parental consent.

We send newsletters, reminders, event confirmations, donation receipts, and announcements only to individuals who have opted in through our website, event registrations, or other consent-based forms. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and calls for service reminders, urgent alerts, events, and other updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

By providing your mailing address, you consent to receive printed letters, postcards, and newsletters. You can request removal from our mailing list at any time.

Subscribers are collected via opt-in checkboxes on website forms, in-person sign-ups, and event registrations. We may also collect information via social media forms.

We never buy, sell, or rent contact lists. We do not share member or donor information with third parties unless you have given express written consent or we are required to do so by law.

Your use of the community is subject to our Standards & Policies. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.

You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or another member's account.

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant ALTARED Ministries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the community.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and you agree not to post content that infringes on others' rights.

Teachings, courses, sermons, articles, artwork, and the ALTARED name and marks belong to ALTARED Ministries or its licensors. You may share links freely; do not republish full works without permission.

By attending ALTARED events or submitting content, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings for church purposes, including social media, publications, books, resources under the ALTARED or THE WAR WITHIN brands, promotional materials, website, and livestream content.

If you do not wish to be included in media, please contact us in writing.

We accept both one-time and recurring donations, tithes, and offerings through the platform. By making a donation, you authorize recurring charges if you select that option.

All donations are final and generally non-refundable. Recurring gifts can be cancelled at any time. Donations are not currently tax-deductible. Payment processing is handled by a third-party processor; we do not store full card details.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or our standards, or where required by law.

On termination, your access ends and your content is removed or de-identified in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website and communications are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Content posted by members reflects their own views, not those of ALTARED Ministries.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALTARED Ministries is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our website, communications, or donation systems, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the community. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
